Rev. Jim Kirk, PDA Associate for National Disaster Response, was awarded the 2025 Leadership Award on behalf of all the national partners during the Awards Dinner hosted in Louisville, KY. With Jim is Elder Rick Turner, retired PDA Associate for National Disaster Response, a recent recipient of the Leadership Award, and a dedicated member of the South Carolina PDAT serving Foothills Presbytery.
